Shipping:
- Professional Collectibles, Ltd. ships exclusively with FedEX Ground, therefore we can not ship to PO Boxes.
- Items will ship on a PREPAID basis only.

Payment
- Credit cards are NOT charged until each product ships.
- Money Orders and Personal Checks are also accepted.
- Personal checks are held for 7 days.

Returns/Exchanges:
- Professional Collectibles, Ltd. will issue Refunds or Exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
- We will repair or replace damaged or defective merchadise free of charge.
- Returned goods are only accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Please contact us for a RA.
- Restocking charges may apply for items returned without the original product packaging (in NEW condition).
