Firstly you take egg whites and beat them until they are stiff, try holding the container so it's upside down and the mixture doesn't fall out then it's ready. You can reduce the time it takes for this by using a kitchen aid hand mixer for the job. Gently fold your caster sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch and if you like vanilla and put it on a slow bake. Add some fresh fruit and lavish helpings of whipped cream and your Pavlova is made for your guests to enjoy.
